Two locations across Lebanon.
The Swimming Diploma is delivered at two campuses. Performance First in Beirut (our sister facility, 25 m indoor pool used by Lebanese national-level swimmers) and our franchise campus at International Maritime Academy (IMA) in Jounieh. Same SAS curriculum, same final diploma, you pick the campus closer to you.
Campus 1 · Beirut · 25 m indoor pool
Performance First, Beirut.
Pool work runs in the 25 m indoor pool at Performance First, our sister facility in Beirut · the same pool used by Lebanese national-level swimmers. Your one month of free PF membership on enrollment includes pool access for the duration of the diploma.

Campus 2 · North Lebanon · Franchise partner
International Maritime Academy, Jounieh.
Our franchise campus operates in partnership with International Maritime Academy (IMA) at Portemilio, Jounieh, extending the Swimming Diploma into northern Lebanon. Same SAS curriculum, same lecturers, same Lebanese MoE diploma · for students in Kesrouan and the North who'd rather not commute to Beirut.

- Currently available for the Swimming Diploma and the PT Diploma.
Internship hours · Swimming Diploma
20 supervised hours on deck, signed off by a head coach.
Sport-specific diplomas at SAS require 20 hours of supervised practical work on top of the taught sessions, signed off on the standard SAS internship log. Your one month of free Performance First membership (included with enrollment) covers pool access for the duration. If you already coach at a swim club, hours can be logged there too · we just need the head coach's signature.

Common questions
FAQ.
Do I need to be a competitive swimmer?
No, but you do need to be a confident swimmer across all four strokes. We assess at intake. If you're newer to one stroke, Coached gives you the deck time to close the gap.
Is this a lifeguard qualification?
No. We cover safety and rescue fundamentals, but full lifeguard certification is a separate, country-specific qualification we don't issue.
How long does it take?
Self-Study: 12–24 weeks at your pace. Coached: ~16 weeks with two scheduled pool-deck weekends at partner pools, Beirut.
Where are the pool-deck practicals?
At partner pools across Beirut. You'll receive locations and dates at enrolment.
What about refunds?
All payments are non-refundable, but your fees are transferable to another SAS Coaching Diploma course or a future cohort, with a valid reason and subject to SAS-CCE review. Refunds are only considered in cases of force majeure (documented medical emergencies or other exceptional circumstances). Full policy on our Refund Policy page.
Can I pay in LBP?
Yes · at the SAS reference rate, settled in cash at our Baabda office, or by bank transfer. USD by bank transfer or wire.
