Refund & transfer
Refund Policy.

All payments are non-refundable
Once enrolment is confirmed and payment is made, fees are non-refundable. This rule applies to every SAS Coaching Diploma program across Lebanon, the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
Fees are transferable
If you can't continue, you can transfer your fees to another SAS Coaching Diploma course, or to a future cohort of the same program. Transfer is granted with a valid reason, subject to SAS-CCE review.
Force majeure
In cases of force majeure (medical emergencies with documentation, or other exceptional circumstances beyond the student's control), SAS-CCE will review the case and may issue a refund at its sole discretion, in addition to the transfer option.
How to request a transfer
Email sas.cce@sas.edu.lb with the subject "Transfer request · [your full name] · [program]" and a short explanation of your situation. We confirm receipt within 2 working days.
This page summarises the refund and transfer clauses in your signed Student Enrolment Agreement (SEA). If there is any difference between this page and the SEA, the SEA governs.
