Dr. Zeina MINA
Founder & Managing Partner
A former Olympian and a leading figure in sports education, Dr. Zeina Mina has dedicated her career to advancing sport, education, and high-performance development.
Holding a PhD in Sport Sciences, she has led major national and international initiatives, including key roles at Antonine University and the Games of La Francophonie. She is the founder of a unique ecosystem in Lebanon, including SAS, SAS Coaching Diploma, Performance First, and LYT.
Today, she continues to expand this vision across the region, with developments in Dubai and Saudi Arabia, aiming to position SAS as a leading hub for sports education in the MENA region.
Joe NAIMEH
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Joe Naimeh is a business development and education leader with a background in finance, international business, and sports education.
He holds a Master’s in International Business Economics from City University London and has played a key role in structuring and expanding the SAS ecosystem, bridging education with business and market needs.
Today, he leads strategic partnerships, program development, and regional expansion across Lebanon, Dubai, and Saudi Arabia, with the vision of positioning SAS as a leading platform for sports and fitness professionals in the MENA region.
Dr. Georges ASSAF
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Dr. Georges Assaf is a high-performance specialist and sports science expert with extensive experience in strength & conditioning, athletic development, rehabilitation, and coaching education.
He holds a PhD in Sports Science and is Co-Founder and Technical Director of Performance First, as well as Co-Founder of the Sports Academy School (SAS), where he defines the technical standards of the ecosystem.
Through his applied expertise, he ensures SAS Coaching Diploma programs remain aligned with real-world performance and coaching environments across Lebanon, Dubai, and Saudi Arabia.
