SAS Coaching Diploma curriculum delivered through Enhance Academy. Theory, practical, exam preparation. Around three months.

Certify
Pass the exam, 150 hours of shadowing with Enhance trainers, a case study and a coaching video, and receive your SAS Coaching Diploma × Enhance Academy Personal Trainer Diploma. That certificate lets you sit the Saudi Ministry of Sport licence exam.

Who accredits the diploma in Saudi Arabia?
The Personal Trainer Diploma is accredited by the Saudi Sport Ministry and developed in partnership with Enhance Fitness Academy · the academic arm of Enhance Fitness, a Saudi fitness operator with clubs across Riyadh, Jeddah and the Eastern Province.
How does the Enhance Fitness hiring track work?
Top performers from each cohort are recruited directly into Enhance Fitness gyms · a guaranteed job offer for top of class. All graduates get access to Enhance Fitness's standard recruitment process. The Saudi-Sport-Ministry-accredited diploma is the credential gym managers across KSA want to see.
How much does the diploma cost?
SAR 4,125 (~$1,100 USD), excluding VAT. 15% Saudi VAT is added on top. Payable in full at checkout · Mada, Tabby, Tamara, and Stripe accepted. If you want to split the cost into monthly payments, Tabby and Tamara handle the installment plan on your side.
Where is the course delivered and when does it start?
Delivered across KSA, live online theory plus practical sessions shadowing Enhance Fitness trainers wherever they operate (not Riyadh-locked). Hybrid format combining live workshops, guided self-study, and applied coaching exposure. To get notified about Cohort 1 intake dates, message us on Instagram.
Do I need any prior qualifications?
No prior coaching qualification required. You need to be 18+, have a high-school certificate or equivalent, and pass a basic English literacy check (course materials are in English with Arabic-supported instructors).
Is the diploma valid outside Saudi Arabia?
The Saudi Sport Ministry accreditation is the gold standard inside KSA. For internationally portable credentials, our UAE NASM CPT or Lebanon EQF Level 4 (EuropeActive) programs are the right route.
