Privacy Policy.
Last updated: 22 May 2026. This policy explains what SAS-CCE (the company that operates the SAS Coaching Diploma) collects, why, and the choices you have. We are a Lebanese-registered entity operating across Lebanon, the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
Who we are

What we collect
Information you give us via forms: full name, email, phone (with country code), country, course of interest, optional background notes. Information collected automatically: IP address, browser type, pages visited, anonymised analytics. We do not collect special-category data (race, religion, health) via this website.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry. To send course information, pricing and intake dates. To process your enrolment if you proceed. To improve the website and our marketing. We do not use your data for automated decision-making.
Who we share it with
Our internal CRM (Odoo). Our WhatsApp Business / ManyChat integration when you message us. Payment processors (Stripe, Tabby, Tamara, Mada, local banks) when you enrol. Cohort partners (Enhance Academy in KSA, NASM in the UAE) only with your explicit consent. Never sold to third parties.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data: 24 months from last contact. Enrolment records: 7 years (regulatory requirement for accredited education providers). Marketing email subscribers: until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Request a copy of your data. Correct or delete your data. Withdraw consent at any time. Object to processing. File a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise any of these: email sas.cce@sas.edu.lb with "Data request" in the subject. We respond within 14 working days.
Cookies
Strictly necessary cookies for site function. Analytics cookies (anonymised, aggregated). No advertising cookies. No third-party tracking beyond what's listed above. You can disable cookies in your browser settings without breaking site function.
Cross-border transfer
Your data may be processed in Lebanon, the UAE or Saudi Arabia depending on where you enrolled. All transfers covered by standard contractual safeguards.
