Use of the website
Site content is for personal informational use. You may not copy, redistribute or commercially exploit any content without written consent from SAS-CCE.
Enrolment & payment
Enrolment is confirmed when payment clears (or first Tabby/Tamara instalment is taken). Prices are quoted in the applicable currency per country (USD/LBP for Lebanon, AED for UAE, SAR for KSA). Discount tiers (Early Registration, Founding Cohort, etc.) apply per the published criteria.
Cohort changes
Course schedules, instructor assignments and venues may change with reasonable notice. Material changes (start date moves > 4 weeks, venue change, instructor change for > 50% of contact hours) trigger your right to a full refund.
Intellectual property
SAS-CCE course curricula, video lectures, written materials, photography and the SAS Coaching Diploma branding are the property of SAS-CCE / Sports Academy School. Third-party accreditation marks (EREPs, NASM, KHDA, the Saudi Ministry of Sport, Enhance Academy) remain the property of their respective owners and appear on this site to identify our accreditation partnerships. Course materials are licensed to enrolled students for personal study only · not for redistribution, resale or use in another commercial training program.
Accreditation third-parties
We deliver content aligned with EREPs (Lebanon), NASM (UAE), KHDA (UAE), Saudi Sport Ministry / Enhance Academy (KSA). Awarding of any external credential (NASM-CPT, KHDA attestation, etc.) is subject to those bodies' standards and our role is to prepare you for them · pass/fail is decided by the accreditor.
Liability
SAS-CCE is not liable for loss of income, business opportunity, or third-party damages arising from your use of course material with clients. You are responsible for your own professional liability insurance once you start coaching paid clients.

Governing law
Lebanon law for SAS Coaching Diploma · Lebanon enrolments. UAE law for SAS Coaching Diploma · UAE enrolments. Saudi law for SAS Coaching Diploma · Saudi Arabia enrolments. Disputes handled in the relevant local jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
Material changes will be notified to enrolled students by email and posted on this page. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
