The Post Rehab Cinditioning Specialist Course is designed for fitness professionals, physiotherapists, 
and coaches who want to expand their expertise in working with clients recovering from injuries or chronic conditions.

The program blends clinical knowledge with practical training methods, equipping graduates to design safe, effective, and progressive exercise programs for individuals transitioning from rehabilitation back to full physical activity.

Through this course, students will develop the ability to understand injury mechanisms, apply corrective strategies, and implement conditioning protocols tailored to joint-specific and spinal pathologies.

Course Modules


Training Protocol

Design structured conditioning plans for clients transitioning from physiotherapy to fitness.


Clinical Anatomy

 Gain in-depth understanding of musculoskeletal anatomy relevant to injury recovery.


Rehabilitation

Apply evidence-based corrective exercise methods to restore function and prevent re-injury.


Shoulder, Elbow, Wrist, Hand

Assess, manage, and strengthen common upper-limb injury sites.

 

Lumbar Spine, Knee, Ankle, Foot

Implement targeted approaches for lower-limb and spinal conditions to restore mobility, strength, and stability.

Accreditation & Certification

This course is officially accredited by the Ministry of Education in Lebanon, ensuring national recognition and credibility in the fields of fitness, rehabilitation, and sports conditioning.

Unlike the Personal Trainer course, this program does not include an international upgrade (EREPS). It is a specialized local certification that validates professional expertise in post-rehabilitation training.
