Post-rehab is the fastest-growing specialty in MENA fitness. Rehab clinics, physiotherapy practices and high-net-worth clients all need this specialty. Most Lebanese PTs don't have it.

Where you train

Clinical practicals at Performance First, Beirut.

Post-Rehab practical weekends run at Performance First, our sister facility in Lebanon. Real cases, real machines, the same rehab tooling our coaches use day to day.

Internship hours · Post-Rehab specialty

20 supervised hours, signed off by a head coach.

Specialty diplomas at SAS require 20 hours of supervised practical work on top of the taught weekends, signed off on the standard SAS internship log. Your one month of free Performance First membership (included with enrollment) is designed to cover this. Hours can also be completed at the gym or clinic you already work with · we just need the head coach to sign the log.

Common questions

FAQ.

Do I need to be a qualified PT first?

Strongly recommended. Most students hold an EREPs L4 PT Diploma (ours or another). If you're not yet certified, ask about the EREPs L4 + Post-Rehab bundle on the PT Diploma page.

Is this a substitute for a physiotherapy degree?

No. This is a specialty for trained personal trainers working with cleared post-rehab clients. We teach the boundary · when to progress, when to refer back to a PT or doctor.

How long does it take?

12–16 weeks. Coached cohorts run with scheduled practical weekends at Performance First, Beirut.

Will this help me work in a clinic?

Yes · and that's the point. Rehab clinics and physiotherapy practices in Beirut increasingly need PTs trained to take handover from a DPT. Diploma includes intros to our partner clinic network.

What about refunds?

All payments are non-refundable, but your fees are transferable to another SAS Coaching Diploma course or a future cohort, with a valid reason and subject to SAS-CCE review. Refunds are only considered in cases of force majeure (documented medical emergencies or other exceptional circumstances). Full policy on our Refund Policy page.

Can I pay in LBP?

Yes · at the SAS reference rate, settled in cash at our Baabda office, or by bank transfer. USD by bank transfer or wire.
