Where you train
Combat Sports practical weekends run at Performance First, our sister facility in Lebanon. Conditioning floor, functional turf, and movement work alongside an active S&C and physiotherapy team.
Internship hours · Combat Sports
Sport-specific diplomas at SAS require 20 hours of supervised practical work on top of the taught weekends, signed off on the standard SAS internship log. Your one month of free Performance First membership (included with enrollment) is built to cover this. If you already coach at a fight gym, hours can be logged there too · we just need the head coach's signature.
Who teaches you

S&C Coach · 15 years rugby league + combat sports
Leads the physical preparation and athlete-development modules.

Orthopaedic Surgeon
Anchors the injury-management and return-to-sparring modules. Practising surgeon · you learn from someone who treats combat injuries.
