Before you enrol

A specialty upgrade, not a first diploma.

Pre/Post Natal is a clinical specialty. You need an exercise prescription foundation or a healthcare background to enrol. The course earns an EREPS EQF Level 5 specialty certificate on top of your existing credential. It does not include a Lebanese Ministry of Education diploma. Choose one of these tracks to enrol:

1

Have an SAS PT Diploma

Any of our PT tracks (Regular, Self-Learning, with or without EREPS upgrade) qualifies. Our most common route. See the PT Diploma →

2

Have an SAS Post-Rehab Diploma

If you already hold the Post-Rehab Specialist diploma, Pre/Post Natal stacks on top as your second specialty. See Post-Rehab →

3

Be a clinical practitioner

Midwives (sage-femme), physiotherapists, doctors of physical therapy and osteopaths can enrol directly. Share your credentials when you apply.

Not sure which track fits? WhatsApp us and we'll walk you through it.

If you already work at another gym you can complete the hours there too · we just need the signed log from the head coach.

Common questions

FAQ.

Do I need to be a qualified PT first?

Yes, or have an equivalent background. You need an SAS PT Diploma (any track), an SAS Post-Rehab Diploma, or a clinical practitioner background (midwife, physio, doctor of physical therapy, osteopath). See the Before you enrol section above for the three valid routes.

Is this only for women trainers?

No. Male trainers are welcome and complete the program every cohort. Trust with clients comes from your clinical depth and communication · not your gender.

How long does it take?

12–16 weeks. Cohorts run with scheduled practical weekends at Performance First, Beirut.

Will clients actually pay more?

Yes. Pre/post natal is the most underserved specialty in MENA. Pregnant and postpartum clients search specifically for credentialed trainers · premium rates are the norm.

What about refunds?

All payments are non-refundable, but your fees are transferable to another SAS Coaching Diploma course or a future cohort, with a valid reason and subject to SAS-CCE review. Refunds are only considered in cases of force majeure (documented medical emergencies or other exceptional circumstances). Full policy on our Refund Policy page.

Can I pay in LBP?

Yes · at the SAS reference rate, settled in cash at our Baabda office, or by bank transfer. USD by bank transfer or wire.
