Before you enrol
Pre/Post Natal is a clinical specialty. You need an exercise prescription foundation, a healthcare background, or a physical education background to enrol. The course earns an EuropeActive · EQF Level 5 specialty certificate on top of your existing credential. It does not include a Lebanese Ministry of Education diploma. Choose one of these tracks to enrol:
1
Any of our PT tracks (Regular, Self-Learning, with or without EREPS upgrade) qualifies. Our most common route. See the PT Diploma →
2
If you already hold the Post-Rehab Specialist diploma, Pre/Post Natal stacks on top as your second specialty. See Post-Rehab →
3
Midwives (sage-femme), physiotherapists, doctors of physical therapy, osteopaths, and physical education students or graduates can enrol directly. Share your credentials when you apply.

Where you train
Pre/Post Natal practical weekends run at Performance First, our sister facility in Lebanon. Floor sessions with real pre- and post-partum cases, in a fully-equipped gym.
Internship hours · Pre/Post Natal specialty
Specialty diplomas at SAS require 20 hours of supervised practical work on top of the taught weekends, signed off on the standard SAS internship log. Your one month of free Performance First membership (included with enrollment) is built to cover this. If you already work at another gym you can complete the hours there too · we just need the signed log from the head coach.
Who teaches you

PhD Sports Physiology · Olympic Coach
Anchors the programming and load-management modules. 15+ years lecturing.

Doctor of Physical Therapy · Antonine University
Covers the rehab progressions and postpartum return-to-training case work.

Osteopath D.O. · ESO Paris · De Gasquet certified
Leads the anatomy and physiology modules. Practices as a sports osteopath at Performance First Beirut; previously worked with the Stade Français Top 14 rugby team in Paris.
